I made these graduate dolls for a friends daughter.
They are made using a 7cm wooden cone doll (WCD.05)
Paint a face on the head part, then paint from neck down with black paint. I glued some ribbon on to form collar.
The hair is mini curl doll hair, wool shredded and glued on would be fine. the mortar board was made from a 20mm miniature wooden bowl painted black, turned upside down to fit on head with glue.Then a 25mm square of felt was glued to bowl and a few strands of embroidery thread to form a tassle.
